Volunteers

2011 will mark the tenth anniversary of the International Year of the Volunteer (IYV+10). This is very timely as volunteers will play an integral role in the successful delivery of CHOGM 2011 by assisting the CHOGM 2011 Taskforce (the Taskforce) to deliver high-level customer service to delegates and other guests.

Volunteering WA (VWA) is honoured to be working with the Taskforce to deliver the CHOGM 2011 Volunteers Program. VWA, in conjunction with the Taskforce, will recruit, train and manage up to 500 volunteers in the lead up to and during the event.
